What is FACTS?
FACTS is the nation’s leading provider of tuition payment plans. They work with families to offer custom payment plans and multiple payment options. All CBMS tuition payment plans are administrated by FACTS Tuition Management system. For general information, visit www.factsmgt.com.
The enrollment process must be started no less than 3 weeks prior to the May 1st enrollment/re-enrollment deadline. A one-time set up fee per family will be processed at time of enrollment, and is determined by payment plan choice. For all new students, the contract and non-refundable fee are due at the time of acceptance.

What are my payment options?
Plan 1: One Payment Plan – Tuition balance paid in full by July 1st with non-refundable Registration Fee due by May 1st. Set-up fee is $20 per family, per year.
Plan 2: Monthly Payment Plan – Tuition payments can be made in 5 installments beginning July 1st with continued scheduled installments on September 1, November 1, January 1 and last installment on March 1st. The non-refundable Registration Fee is due May 1st. Set-up fee is $46 per family, per year.
Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or from Master Card, American Express, or Discover.
Note: Any unpaid balance on the Registration Fee will be automatically drafted from the plan you have chosen on May 1st.
Is FACTS secure?
Yes. Your payments are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction.
Does FACTS offer insurance?
Yes, FACTS offers this optional benefit for only $14 per year per family. In the event of death of the Responsible Party or spouse, the remaining tuition balance owed for the current school year is paid to the school.
