Upon receipt of your inquiry, a member of our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule a tour of our campus. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to speak with an Administrator about the programs available at CBMS and how the Montessori Method may be beneficial for your child.
Once you have visited and believe that CBMS is the right fit for your child, you will begin the application process.
. Complete the online application, along with a $75 non-refundable application fee per student.
Once a completed application is received, an assessment of your child will be scheduled with a Lead Teacher. Your child will meet with the Teacher alone for an informal assessment. In addition, records from former and current schools, along with any diagnostic testing, will be requested and reviewed by the Admissions Team.
If your child is applying for the Elementary, Middle School, or Ninth-grade program, they will be required to visit the classroom for a shadow day. We will schedule this visit after your child's assessment with the Teacher, and receipt of all school records.
The CBMS Admissions Team will notify you regarding the admissions decision. If accepted, the school will email you an offer to enroll. If financial aid is requested, your request for assistance will be reviewed, and you will receive notification of the decision. Signed enrollment contracts, along with the non-refundable registration fee, are due within 5 business days to hold a space for your child in a classroom. If your child is accepted but there are no openings, he or she will be placed on our waitlist until an opening becomes available.
